New guy here from Northern MI. Don't have a CVO but close, just bought a Low Rider S with the SE110. Obviously, there is a lot of talk on here about that engine so thought I'd join up. Not too happy to read about all the lifter issues, are the '16 models still having these problems? Anyway, glad to be here.

I had the same concerns about some of the well documented 110 engine issues when I got mine new in 2014. The best advice I got from independent and Harley mechanics was that the problems had been largely solved. Sure, you can always improve, but they weren't letting go if properly maintained.
