Title: Solo Seats, but what about the Tour Pack Cable
Post by: Toliverpeterson on April 19, 2017, 10:22:38 PM
I had a Mustang Solo on my Street Glide. I'd like to use it on the new Glide, but the wire bundle is pretty big when I take off the Tour Pack, I can't believe I can stuff that under the solo.
Has anyone tried to put a single or solo seat on one of these and what did you do with the cable?

If you wind it up in about a 10" coil it will lay under there fine.

'dude is correct. Look at what FLSTFI Dave did here:  Converting tour pack to Quick Detach.   (https://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=98618.0) He did a great job hiding the wires under his solo seat.

'Dude is correct, I just placed it around the circle, connected in the 16 pin connector that drives the lower fairing speakers and put the seat on. And mine seat is a mustang solo as well.

The wires fit just fine under my Corbin Solo.
