Greetings from Mars. (PA that is) Currently an 88" owner and looking to upgrade to a 110. I may boost this 88 up a notch or two. Has anyone had good results from any Screaming Eagle Stage 1 103" kit? Everybody say your prayers for me...I need the Queens approval before getting another toy,110.  Any help or suggestions are always welcomed.  :pepper:

Welcome...I too...am new to this board...but not to bikes.

If you have the 88" and want some good ooomph without huge money...well... try this set up.

Get the stock heads done (ported/polished) or buy new ones (your call)
Woods TW9 Gear Drive Cams http://www.woodcarbs.com/geardriv.htm
Revolution Performance 98" kit http://www.revperf.com/TwinCam/twinPerformKits.html
Assuming you have injection - check this out on the throttle body http://www.johnsonenginetechnology.com/JETPAGES/parts/twin-cam-throttle-body.html
Power Commander
Ness Big sucker A/c
exhaust (of your choice)...

voila....the fun begins.

Welcome aboard from Northern Virginia. A 103" is very reliable, and the 113" seems to hold up really good as well. I have a 110" that, so far, I have not had trouble with...

You right about the information in this site. If you can't find what you need here... your not looking very hard. To everybody, ride safe and keep an eye out for those who do not look out for us.  By the way, I know the south east (USA) is HOT & HUMID all the time but the weather here in Mars, Pennsylvania is HOT!

welcome from New Jersey!

my 110" has been fine so far as well

but I think it's a matter of time til the head gasket issue makes itself known

my advice - do the 103" build. good luck with Mrs Sasquatch

Welcome aboard, and a nice looking ride you have there.

I would not hesitate to go to 103", it's proven to be much more reliable that the new 110" (unfortunately).
Aside from the conversion kit, I'd certainly consider the following to make it even better and more reliable:
. Oil cooler (if you're not running one now)
. Gear Driven cams (get rid of those MOCO tensioners!)
. Adjustable Push Rods
. Feuling oil pump & Feuling or Delkron cam plate (or even the new MOCO SE version)
. SE 103 heads (skip the porting and polishing unless you plan on racing it)
. Maybe a new exhaust system of your choice (true duals or 2 -1)
. Defininitely a Screamin Eagle Race Tuner or Power Commander set up W/Dyno

Sit back, hold on and enjoy the ride!!
