Title: Don't make this exhaust mistake when reassembling
Post by: Fxr4Rider on October 15, 2012, 12:28:21 PM
 :confused5:

I did a cam swap on my 2012 SESG. Installed a set of Andrews 54, new .30 gaskets. new lifters ect.

After reassembly and mapping. The bike ran like it was a bucking bronco!!

The long and short of it, thanks to Steve at Fullsac as he guided me through the process, he mentioned I may have the O2 sensors reversed.

He was correct, after swapping them and reflashing. I am VERY pleased at the newfound power my scoot has unleashed with a cam swap.

Please use my error as your leaning tool to not make the same mistake I did. :2vrolijk_21:

Cheers and Ride Safe

Too late!  Been there! :'(  All I had to do is follow the wires back to the panel to make the distinction, but, I thought I had it right (wrong!).
