Rumor has it that the ESP price list was revised just recently, my guess would be to increase prices to reflect all the major engine failures the ESP company has been paying for in recent years. Anyhow, the old price list from 7/1/2012 shows an MSRP of $1739 for the seven year (2+5) plan, or $2154 for the seven year plan plus tire & wheel road hazard coverage. The five year (2+3) plan was $1134/$1474.
I haven't seen a new price list yet, but I assume someone will eventually post it on the 'net. Some enterprising individual could always ask his buddy at a dealership to make him a copy of the official price list and then post it. Any volunteers?

I would Jerry but I'm not on the greatest of speaking terms with my Dealership's personnel. No buddies there. For some reason each time I have talked with any of them I walk away feeling like I just met the village idiot. My wife says that I'm the problem but I'm not so sure.

Is Harley's ESP like those offered by car manufactures? With a new car you can buy the factory sponsored ESP from any dealer, anywhere in the country. It does not matter who you buy from. Allows a consumer to shop for the best offer if they choose.

Yes, you can buy from any dealer who will sell it to you, and some will discount the price. Kutter H-D is one such place btw.
There has been some push back from H-D and some dealers to try to curtail discounting and selling outside of a particular dealers market area, but so far people have been able to find several places that will sell a plan over the phone regardless of your location.
