Redshift 575 vs HQ 575 in CVO103

Has anyone compared these two against each other in an 06 CVO 103.
I know they are somewhat close and are both recommeded for this motor but which one performs better and where.
My bud wants me to order a set of either one today and left the decision of which one up to me. hate to make the wrong choice.
