Handle Bar Swap 08 ultra to 10 CVO Ultra

I am wanting to swap the 10" LA Chopper bars on my 2008 Ultra Classic non ABS and non hydraulic with the stock bars on my 2010 CVO Ultra that has ABS and hydraulic clutch. Is this a direct plug and play. I am trying to get out of pulling wires again. I know I will be losing my heated grips.
