Thanks for the update was on their site and series 16 was the last I saw.  Was hoping they where just slow.

O.K. I just got a response, read it below:


Dear JC,

Thanks for writing. Our Series 18 took much longer to produce than we
expected. However, production started a few weeks ago and the bikes should
be arriving in U.S. stores within a month from now.

There will be two FLHTCSE bikes in the line, the Cobalt Blue and Starlight
Black that you are requesting and the orange/black. Also in Series 18 will
be two FXSTDSE2 CVO bikes: yellow/silver and blue/black.

THERE HERE!

GOT TWO OF EACH!  COLORS LOOK REALLY CLOSE!  GREAT JOB!  $6.00 EACH AT HD LOCAL SHOP HERE.  SERIES #18!  HAD THE DUECE MODELS AS WELL!    

SORRY BUT DIGITAL PICS DID NOT COME OUT WELL.......FLASH CAUSED REFLECTION ON CLEAR PLASTIC PROTECTIVE COVER ON BOXES.  TRUST ME THEY LOOK SWEET!

I don't know......I read it here, just like you.  The distributor for Maisto told me last week that they're not here yet, but that he'd let me know as soon as they come in.  You can bet your bottom doller that I sent him an email, as soon as I read the above post.

I also talked to Roger tonight, about the oil temp. guages.  He said that he's gonna get drunk when they get here. lol  I guess it's been a real PITA for him, too.  Anyway, he said that I'm on the top of the list, to notify, as soon as they get to him.  Of course I'll post right here, as soon as I get the call.

I have your pictures or a link to them I should say.  I did not purchase the duece models, only the Electraglides.  The part number on the box is M3176OR and is on both colors.  The dealer said that it must have been mismarked on the price sticker and figured the OR at the end was for ORANGE.  The date they recieved them was 9/24.  The pictures do not show the detail as well as it should.  The pinstripe flames and all are there, you just dont see them in the pics.  Use the addy below to view, hope ya got broadband as they may take a bit to load up!
