So, what was the end result?
I recently offered a guy 26 for his 14 HTKSE and he held at 27.5
I did have 3k miles though...

I am glad i got out of my CVO with as little monetary damage as possible. The Indian dealer in Knoxville gave me $23K in trade value on a new Roadmaster. Son of a gun this new Indian is a much better ride than the Harley. Is seems to get a lot more positive attention also. I wish you all well on the aging and quickly depreciating CVO's. If you do decide to keep them however you will never have to worry about it , just ride them and enjoy.

Still have one CVO left and I do plan on keeping it. The 09' yellow Fatbob is quite an animal and may stay with me for quite a while.

Just a heads up on this post from September 2016 when Doc traded.  His bike is still for sale at the Knoxville Indian dealer if anyone is interested.  It's been there since he traded last September (it was as of last Friday anyway...).  It's a purdy scooter and slicker than snot on a doorknob...and they are willing to deal since it's been there 7 months....

Sounds good. Where are you finding these? I am looking, but keep coming across $27-$30k.
