I have used several 20% dealers.......Tri-County, Surdyke, New Castle to mention a couple. Last 4 or 5 orders have been with Horny Toad because I like the way I'm treated over the phone.

been ordering from jon at hornytoad for the past few years.  consistently beats the others shipped prices

i used to buy some small stuff (oil filters, etc) from my local, just to keep myself in their mind, but seems like with the amount of turnover that they have, and the fact that they discontinued the military discount (for retirees anyway) they don't have a clue who i am anyway.  so now, i will buy 3 or 4 oil filters to keep them on hand and only buy from my local if i have to have it today.

I have used Board tracker HD for my online HD parts for the last 3 years and I have been very satisfied with their prices and service. Anthony does an excellent job handling the orders and the shipping.

I have used others in the past with no issues either, but I went with Board Tracker because it is the closest 20% dealer to me.

Used them for about 4 years, never any issues and best prices I've found. As someone else mentioned, Anthony has always been excellent to work with.

Same here have placed A handful of orders for parts through Boardtracker over the past 3 years.  I have spoken with Anythony a few times and he was helpful and friendly each time.

Since the local dealers refuse to give a discount I'll gladly save the 27%.  Most of the parts I have needed in the past weren't in stock anyway so it saves me time since I don't have to run back to the dealer to pickup.

I've been using Tri-County H-D in Fairfield (Cincinnati area) Ohio as my 20% discount dealer for several years when Jenni Sapyta relocated there from Benjy's / Charlie's H-D.  After Jenni left Rebecca has continued giving exceptional customer service and discounts.

I recently learned the dealership has a new owner and a new name - Queen City H-D.  I queried Rebecca about the discounts and her reply was:  'We did change our name as of Nov 1st we have a new owner and so far I have been told to continue doing what I have always done until I am told not to!'

So for those of us who do business with them it is business as usual - for a long time I hope.
