Pro Street handlebar clamp

Is that wright :
 the diameter of the handelebar clamp is 1 1/4" (it is not reduced to 1") .
 When i would change the handelebar then i do need a 1 1/4" handlebar (not a reduced to 1" at the the clamp-area).

I know it's been awhile since you posted his but the bar is 1.25 inches where the riser clamp is.
