Looks to me like 83ish hp and 107ish torque??? Not sure why they are pin pointing 4361 rpms on the graph?

14.5 AFR at full throttle? That's more than a little lean. Our M8 shop bike was 11.5 AFR. I wonder if the exhaust pump was
left off during the runs?

Sorry, I don't have any from a 114, only a our 107. We will be releasing our new headpipe shortly and will post up
current numbers with the production header. TTS Power Systems will be following up with the 114 dyno testing with the
Fullsac 8 valve headpipe about the same time. Lots of new stuff coming down the pipe in the next month or two. 120" CVO
8 valve big bore kits, new cams ect. We will be testing Harleys new 8 valve CNC heads and 64mm TB shortly too!

I am anxiously awaiting this.  I think it should wake the motor up quite a bit, as the cat is very restrictive.

What are you using for tune?   did you increase your breather?   Personally I think the ventilator for the 114 M8 is week.  I modified a Screamin Eagle Air cleaner cover
Part # 29671-09 eliminating the top and bottom flanges and using the older style K&N filter used on '16 and older 110's
This might give you some more air for the D&D you installed

D&D don't respond to Facebook messenger or calls directly to company. They say can't answer questions have to talk to specialist. Specialist never calls back and never available on phone.
They suck!! Don't recommend D&D for M8 exhaust.
Any body have recommendations for a solid 2:1 exhaust?!!

IF 2-1 headers/pipe are what your looking for, DRAGO'S DRACULA II 2-1 PIPES w/ FALSELY would be a great choice!

That's ashamed, back in the late 70's Dave Rash use to build the exhaust's in his garage, you could call him on the phone and he would spend all the time you needed with him, I bought a 6 into 1 pipe for my 1979 Honda CBX in the late 70"s

At this level the cam is the choke point. That's what we've seen with our Milwaukee Eight 107" test mule.

I have tested this with several different mufflers, de-catted head pipe, ect. If a guy is only going to do a stage one, be sure to include a good air cleaner, that's what gave ours the biggest gains at this level, as the stock filter element would barely be big enough for a lawn tractor.

We are working along side Wes Brown @ Cycle-Rama on cam development, and it's coming along nicely. I have one more exhaust to test with the current prototype cam in the bike, and a new grind on the table to go in with a complete round of exhaust testing.

These cams have the stock base circle for the guys that like to re-use stock push rods.

For anyone interested, our test results from bone stock, to where we are now, can be viewed on our Facebook page.
