probably so, but I don't think that 'screaming' is enough of a change from 'screamin' to not be considered trademark infringement either way.  especially with the font being the same....

Not a lawyer (nor know that much about trademarks) but I would think using the same font (can't be trademarked) wouldn't be an issue vs using the same spelling/combination of words/phrase.. IE: "Screamin' Eagle" would be a trademark infringement. :nixweiss:

The article talks about having the "g" in there due to trademark concerns. Sure looks like the head on the classic SERGs on that tailgate though.
