Isn't "Screamin' Eagle" trademarked?... maybe that's why it isn't used.

probably so, but I don't think that 'screaming' is enough of a change from 'screamin' to not be considered trademark infringement either way. especially with the font being the same....

Not a lawyer (nor know that much about trademarks) but I would think using the same font (can't be trademarked) wouldn't be an issue vs using the same spelling/combination of words/phrase.. IE: "Screamin' Eagle" would be a trademark infringement.

The article talks about having the "g" in there due to trademark concerns. Sure looks like the head on the classic SERGs on that tailgate though.

Saw New Scream'n Eagle logo at my dealership the other day. the new Eagle head was more rounded verses the one we are used to seeing. wasn't a big fan of the new design for it.

Nope, New logo actually has block letters instead of the script. I'll have to look for one.

yeah, that one is even worse. the script lettering is definitely cooler. the logo that i found really has a weird shark crossed with eagle vibe going on. makes me think of sharktopus or sharknado, cheesy b movie
