Symptoms of broken Swingarm isolators
« on: March 30, 2017, 08:12:02 PM »

I went for a 30 mile ride on my new to me 98 Road King. When shifting I felt the bike wobble. I stopped the took off slowly and it felt as if I had a rear flat tire and it made some strange noises. I had to load it on a trailer.  Maybe this is why my tire was not centered and too far to the left.  Someone had changed the rear belt for some reason and maybe they didn't put it back together correctly.
I did a carfax on the Vin and no reports of any accidents. So it's at the shop and they will check into it and leave it apart untill the new motor and transmission arrive. I hope the frame is ok.
