I never said they did not perform....they ran very well but they did not sound good ...just my opinion i have plenty of power with the Ho v and h if im losing power it is not noticabale plus it sounds awesome now btw i have the fullsac 2-1-2 header also.

Didnt mean to get yalls panties in a wad.
In the future ill just agree with everybody.

I do think the Vance and hines Hi Outputs sound great.  I had them.  When I say the 3~4 foot pound of torque I was giving u between 2300 and 3000 RPM I switched to Fullsac.  Power is more important to me.  I wouldn't have one of my CVO's at 138 HP and 140 torque if it wasn't.

What matters is your happy, as long as you know all the information.  Most do not know they are sacrificing some torque for the sound they love.

Most Harley riders dont care about performance at all. All show and no (very little) go, and that includes engine, suspension and brakes.  In all fairness though most dont know what they are missing having only ridden Harleys and only on the street.

This post indicates a tremendous lack of knowledge of Harley riders as well as bike riders in general.  Many of us have ridden/owned/still own other brands of MCs, more than a few of us used to race, and if you read a few threads here you will see your points about engine, suspension, and brakes have been addressed by a large number of HD riders.

But it almost made me laugh out loud, so there is an entertainment factor to this.

Glad for that, happiness is the spice of life.  Bikes are similar to tools in some respects, each has a purpose.  HDs are not rice rockets. Lead sled cruisers usually are not wheelie machines (but can be if enough $$$ is spent).

I couldn't disagree with that statement more.. Riding a "slow bike" fast can be a bunch of fun

Actually the numbers on this site upgrading engine / suspension / brakes is a very small % of the Harley's out there over all.  Most think those POS air shocks that came on ultras and limiteds were good shocks.  At best they are boat anchors.  Same with motor's think they are powerful and they are not, brakes are adequate at best now that there ABS.

A slow bike ridden fast is much more fun than a fast bike ridden slow!

A Harley can be made to be faster / quicker and it can be made to handle better.  I know my CVO king does both.  That said it is not a Sport bike.

Very true! Most fun I ever had on two wheels was road racing in the 50cc class.

(That's not me this time) But that was my fat ass with the cowboy hat on.
