Wow that was something. It looked like he almost hit the rocks keeping so close in the corners!  He must know that road like the back of his hand.

That video has been on facebook for awhile. 

The video was shot up on The Snake.....up on Mullholland Hwy. above Malibu.   That's where the photo was shot of me in my avatar.   That guys has some serious skills that I don't believe he learned on a Harley but he's still putting those other brands to shame.      There are many you tube videos of motorcycle crashes up on The Snake.....they happen nearly every day.....they just don't have the tree of shame like the dragon has.

He is leaning over way more than he need, probably for fun, compare to the angle of the Honda behind him. Looks like he spent some time on a track.

And I'm thinking probably Metzlers front and rear.......or some other soft compound tires.   Sure looks like he's having a great time....   It appears he's on a Dyna and he's scraping metal on both sides on almost every curve all the way to the bottom.

Like JCZ says,  '' Nothing beats the Tree of Shame " on the Dragon.   I am fortunate enough to ride the Dragon several times a year living close to Tennessee and I love seeing all the parts/accessories hanging there. I don't wish for anyone to ever get hurt but a Man has to know his Limitations.   Skilled or not, way too many things out of our control that can cause a serious wreck.  This guy in the video is quite the skilled rider especially for the bike he is pushing through the turns on.

I didn't say that!      Actually, I think the tree of shame is so lame.  If I were to go down on the dragon (I've been down....uhh.....more than once) I'd damn sure not be hanging broken parts on a tree as though I were proud of it.   

And I've rode the Dragon and it is a nice motorcycle road but it sure wasn't what I was expecting.  We have roads all over California that are much more entertaining to ride and much, much longer.  I understand that the east coast not having the rugged mountains that we have here in Calif. and other western states, why the dragon is so popular but like others have said.....even back there, there are many rides more interesting and fun.
