JRI vs Legend Revo A FLH Shocks
« on: March 26, 2017, 11:34:06 PM »

Which shocks are better for a Road King? I went through many shocks on my FXR4 CVO. My 98 R.K. rides O.K. but the Wife insist on a good Ride . Most of the time I ride alone because she didn't like the FXR. Now with the Road King she will enjoy riding again.
I just want to avoid going through many shocks. I need it right the 1st time. Thanks

Ohlins LOL I have never tried ether of those but Ohlins is THE BEST I think and really not that much more money but have you adjusted those stock shocks right I have a 14 CVO KING and it has the 12 in hand adjustable not the 13 like you have on your 17 KING and there really not bad but there not Ohlins ether cant think why yours aren't good enough play with them a little more before spending that money 1 click makes a difference my wife and I weigh about 300 LBS altogether I think I have them set at 13 turns clicks 2 times each turn

Running JRI with the sweep valve and been happy. But that being said, if I were to buy shocks again I would buy Ohlins
