« on: April 06, 2017, 08:23:59 PM »

I have a new 124 s&s built in my 2013 harley davidson fatboy. all timken conversion in bottom end and woods 9f gear drive cam, I am wondering what is the thought process on breaking in a new motor. does it have to be broken in so many miles before it can be dynoed

Depends on who you plan to have do the dyno work.  A good person can do the break-in on the dyno under controlled conditions prior to doing the final tuning.  I'd suggest you talk to your tuner to see if he's someone you trust to do this right.
