Soon we are over the top of the mountains and ready to drop down in to the desert.....where the temperature quickly changes...and so does the scenery.

National Parks are free this weekend......but then they're always free if you have a senior pass...Joshua Tree NP here we come.....

It's supposed to be in the low 90s today.  Looking forward to today's adventures.  But sunset from our room last night was also very nice.....
