2012 Ultra Limited Preventive Fixes?

Good friend  purchased a used and well maintained 2012 Ultra Limited with what appears to be a stock 103 motor. The bike has just under 30k miles on it.

What should be addressed for long term peace of mind?  His '06 had cam bearing failure at similar mileage and would hate to see a good guy go through that crap again!

Thanks...given that, what are the best possible products to use as replacements?

How about cam chain tensioner pads? Is there a better part available than HD stuff?
