Finally, after much pain and lots of waiting, most of which not very patiently I have my springer. Here are a few pics not that everyone here has not see them before. It is bone stock but will be going in for a few surgical improvements in a couple of weeks...will post more then.

Bitter sweet you bet but one of my two wheeled brothers gets to enjoy it for a bit and that is satisfying too. I don't have a lot of friends...cause most of em are family (different parents but related just the same).

Beerman,
The guys that get all the nice toys in the AF are the SPECOPS guys too...Pararescue and the combat controllers. I have done a lot of teaching for the pararescue guys...they always invite me out to do some really kool chit but it is tough to get out of my day-to-day to join them. They use ATVs, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, climbing stuff, scuba stuff great guns yep I think I missed my calling.

Hey Bad07SE,
With 10K on it what do you think about the seat? I have been hearing all of the nightmares about the seats and was thinking about a Corbin Solo with a pillon and backrest for the wife. That is some serious miles have you done any upgrades to it and have you had any issues? Any advice is welcome.

Here is a picture of my new bike...with it's new pipes. The other picture is one of the other add ons that I am considering...it is called a Barbie Backrest. Notice the bumps in front; it is supposed to massage you while you ride...they are expensive and get more so...hence my dilemma...they are also VERY hard to detach once they are on.

Whadda ya think?!!!

Hey Q,
That particular model would be overly expensive because I have a different model currently...I have a 43 which I love,

but trading to a 30 shore would be nice

...can't afford both and may not live to see the trade come to fruition. $:-\$

The rock is great because I only have 10 more days on it and then will be off to NJ (united with Baby Blue) for a week then off to Germany.

Wish I were Howie...I am arriving here on the 4th, but will probably be the 6th b4 I am functional tho...time difference and all. We are then leaving on the 13th to press on to Germany. My 40th is on the 15th so I will miss that too. I am not sure how much time I will have for riding but rest assured I will ride every chance I get. I will definitely look you up when I get there and can see straight.
