Valve stems
« on: July 28, 2007, 05:17:43 PM »

I had to use my open car hauler today to help out a relative with a dead vehicle. I noticed that all the valve stems on the trailer were dry rotted. Do they make valve stems that handle being out in the weather and the sun damage ? The car hauler is a 2000 model, so the valve stems are that old. Anybody know of any answers out there ?

Rule of thumb is change the stems s/s or rubber every time you change tires.  :2vrolijk_21:
