Duane, the one I worked on yes.  The inner one on the rear cylinder went together without work.  But it does just barely touch.  I've almost convinced myself to take it back apart and remove a bit of material there as well.  But haven't pulled the trigger yet.

If it touches now - you already know what the right thing to do is...  It is a simple enough task - better done in the dead of winter then during the riding season.  Also better then pulling your own foot out of your own a$$ if you have a failure later...   :2vrolijk_21:

I know, I know....  While the tank is still off.  While the top covers are still off.  While.....

Haven't had time to get back to the bike.  Proabably tonight.  Already told the bench grinder to count on getting a little stroking.
