I believe it is up to the individual store...some Wal Mart stores in my area carry the Mobil One V-Twin - and others do not...   

After listening to AJ I went to the local Wally World, none there.

Chip, the Autozones here have stocked it for a long time.  Three or four years at least.  It showed up on Wally World shelves here this past spring.  Small quantities on the shelf.  But still there as of a couple days ago.
