Not only am I a new member to this forum, but also, this CVO is my first ever HD! I raced motorcycles for some many years & Harleys didn't really seem to fit my scene, but I tried a Electra Glide Classic a year ago with my wife, and after months of dispite on which model to buy, I took the jump! and gee is it great. I originally had and Electra Glide Ultra Limited on order, but due to an adminstration mistake WARRs in London UK, forgot to order the bike, so they made me a great deal on a stock CVO Ultra Classic Electra 2011. I had it fitted with SE Pro race tune, and Monster Ovals, everyhting else is stock.
I'm English, but have lived for over 30 years in the South of France (Between Nice & Cannes), which is great biking country.
If any of you gentlemen have any suggestions to reduce the heat coming from the motor, or a solution to lower the passaenger rear footboard (I've already changed the fixing hole to the lowest) then pls let me know, my wife is really tall!
I do also have family in the Evanston area and around Chicago, I work for a Company based in Butler Wisc.
