need HELP! with clutch

  Hi, finally got warm enough to ride but my 08 CVO softail springer won't cooperate. Bike sat all winter now I have no clutch bike lunges forward and dies (not to mention not real safe)  checked fluid level its OK. any ideas? Thanks in advance

If you put it in gear, pull in the clutch lever and rock it forward and back the plates should free themselves. They're likely stuck together after sitting.

 I've rocked rode it down the road hard to shift and better have it neutral to stop

Odds are you either have a lot of air in the hydraulic line, or the actuator cylinder (slave cylinder) may be kaput.  Harley has had plenty of actuator failures on the CVO clutch.

Just like Jerry says,
Mine needs to be bled if it sits more than a few weeks without usage...Those weeks I ride the Street Bob, HA HA.
I go out every couple days and just pull the clutch handle in and out a bunch of times and so far all is well with it.

replaced fluid, bled air out good as new. Thanks to all ;D
