2004 SEEG VS. 2003 SERG

Guys give me your opinion ... what would you say the value difference is between a 2004 SEEG with 19K miles and a 2003 SERK with 27K miles with tour pack and SERT? The condition being equally nice....

        An 03 SERK as you know averages around $21,500. An 04 SEEG averages around $27,500. Looks to me like the difference is $6,000.  What color is the 04 SEEG ?

'04 colors were....
Candy Cobalt and Starlight Black with Copper and Blue pinstriping
Orange Pearl and Jet Black with Silver and Red pinstriping

Black and Teal was an FLHTCSE2 (2005) Official color was Two-tone Light Candy Teal and Dark Candy Teal

I may be a little biased, but less miles more amenities, newer bike I would think that would tend to be a good deal. I don't have the NADA or Kelly Blue Book prices handy, but if the quotes Spiderman are giving is what either of those are then I would go for it.
