egine noise after 14 min of running

Whats up ? heres the history bike has 13000 miles on it 4000 miles ago put in 570 s&s gear drive cams d&d ex, runs great, gas mileage etc,... perfect bike . now after about 14 min after bike warms up it sounds like a broken valve spring or bad lifters. this is what i did so far...... put in new set of lifters took engine down to short block checked both  crank bearings, pistons,cylenders cams, bearinds etc.. this is what i found ..nothing except some good carbon deposits on ex. vavles . could this hold vavle open to make this noise im going nuts about to put motor back together but didnt find anything that said this is it again noise comes into play after about 10 min or 190 deg on scanilizer.....help also has fuelling pump and psusb load dyno tuned perfect...help

Did you have oil pressure before you tore it down????????? Check your fueling pump real good. You could have gotten a peice of metal through it. With the tight clearences even a small peice of (hard) metal through it will tear them up. Also check the run out on your crank in the cam cavity before you put it back together. While you have it apart have the heads freshened up.

  30 lbs at idle and 50 -60 lbs above 2000 rpms, again it has a fuelling punmp and lifters this is a bad guessing game i feel it could be the carbon??????????  help..

I also took off the stock valve springs and put on s&s springs.What should run out be on crank right now it feels like .050-.065???

If you're talking .050-.065 pinion run out...that's a real problem.

LOADYNO your pinion runout should be no more than .003 per the factory specs. You need to check this as it is very important. Also check your heads real good. Disassemble them and go through them and freshen them up while they are apart

Please let us know what you have found.
