The heads are not the 103+ heads. The heads that come on the 103 are not in the SE or parts catalogue. The cams are the CVO-253 cams.

When I was on my quest to get a few extra sets of the heads I had them break down the parts that were 29855-04

Front cylinder was 16960 -03a and 16966-03a

The problem was you could not break them out of the kit.   Basically only under a case of warranty could you get them at that time and then they were blanks not complete heads.   Castings only.   And the dealer had to guarantee shipment of the old heads back to Harley or were fined by harley at a cost of 5k per head not returned.

I even tried to break down the 103kit and was able to break it down although when you went to order the parts you could not get the part ordered as a standalone item.   Now granted this was about 8 months ago before my accident when I was hunting them.

Not sure you can order the castings without a return pair so you get the screaming eagle 103 logo on the side of the head.

The 103+ SE heads have "Screamin Eagle" script.
The 103" CVO's, 103" engines, and street legal SE 103" engine kits have heads with "Screamin Eagle 103" script.

Harry, my dealer checked Friday on the availability of ordering the stock SE heads and cams. He said there was not a problem. The part numbers are available and no return of the origional parts are needed.

Which sku's because after 1 year of release they are supposed to be generally available by order, but harley keeps a tight lid on that too.

curious which sku you are referring to.

16961-03A is listed as: CYLINDER HEAD, FRONT, FLHTCSE2, FLSTFSE
16967-03A is listed as: CYLINDER HEAD, REAR, FLHTCSE2, FLSTFSE

I could not find a lsiting for the 16960-03a and 16966-03a part numbers.

Harry, the parts numbers that we looked up were from the 2004 flhtcse part catalog.

Sorry Harry, Not going to go with the 95 kit. Torque is 116 but it only has 85-90 ft lbs at 2500 and dies off around 5000. I am leaning with the 113, but I hate to just through away my stock 103 crank. Guess I could sell it on Ebay and get a few dollars toward a billet crank.
So lets see:
billet crank
t-man heads
625 S&S cam
113 jugs
low compression like 8 to 1 for a later add on [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
and all the internal goodies
will have about 2000 less in the 113 kit than the 124
