Poor planning

So I am changing the oil in the SED ...after a very nice afternoon ride up here in the northeast to "warm up" the oil.

Oil...check
Filter...check

Drain the oil...remove filter...grab new filter from cabinet...Damn...wrong filter...check other two...Damn still the wrong filters...check nearest dealer hours...closed at 5...Damn again...

oh well...the oil will sure get a thorough draining!

Well on the positive side, I did not have an o-ring for the oil plug...might as well get a new one of those while i am at it...

Remember he's got two scooters "SED" & "CUSE", and we wouldn't want him to make a trip to dealer and not get something for his "OCD" for one of them. :o

Only trouble with that Chip is that between now and then he'll have loaned a quart to a buddy, forgot to replace, and still be S.O.L. when it's time next time!

I already know a home for the oil filters I have...I realized that they were for my '97 RK...luckily, I have a friend with a '96FLHT.
