10,000 miles on Blue II, so new fluids (Red Line & Mobil 1) on all three holes before we head down to PCB for Thunder Beach in two weeks.  New Metzler 888's go on tomorrow.

I changed out my ac from the heavy breather with compact filter to the ventilator with the black elite cover.  I think it came out pretty good.  I just got tired of the front of the filter being 1/4'' from the magnetic door on the lower.

and I did a little minor surgery on my fullsac baffles so that I could install the short slash up/down exhaust tips.  the hole through the tip was not quite big enough for the baffle to pass through so I had to cut it off so that the baffle would end just on the backside of the plate.  I'm pretty happy with it.

Chopped tour pak mounted up, off to the shop for paint.

Installed my New Cobra Neighbor Hater slip on mufflers. The M8 Sounds much better now.

Replaced the original battery this morning.  Old battery had been struggling a bit, but finally gave out.  Had a battery on hand, since I knew it was just a matter of time.

Both of mine got batteries this spring too.  In a way was nice to think that the home brewed Road King had now been around long enough to actually need a regular maintenance item like a battery.  It had begun to struggle a bit so was also time before it made me walk.  It and the Road Glide's battery were both the same age.  Both had been in service three years.  So, crap, two new batteries.  Now all is happy and spinny again.

I just ordered a Yaffy Stealth Curved license plate bracket and a Long Ride 8in. W/Shield from Revzilla. 17 flhxse 100mi.

Put 2.0" Full Sac cores in both my wife's and my bikes.  Happy with the sound.

I took two videos after doing the wife's bike before I did mine.  These bikes have completely stock engines and exhaust.  The only change is the Full Sac cores on her bike for these videos:

Couldn't get in touch with any of my bros to take advantage of the perfect weather this week in my neck of the woods.

Had a awesome ride in "Lone Wolf" mode, no tunes on, just me and the perfect rhythm of the motor and enjoying a wonderful spring afternoon into the evening!
