The bulletin effects bikes built in early November or sooner.  The upgrade is free at your local dealer.  You will supposedly get better gas mileage and easier starting.  My 07 road glide is among those effected.

It only applies to bikes manufactured before some time in early November.
The dealer can check your vin number to see if it is among those effected.

Had the download installed.  So far not much difference.  we will see if there is any change at the gas pump.
