Does anyone know if the H-D coolant is just Dexcool in a very high priced bottle?

Full disclosure:  Mine is a 2018 FLTRU, so it's an M8 engine.  Not sure what MoCo specifies for the Twin Cam.

My owner's manual and service manual both call for (HD brand) Extended Life antifreeze and coolant, which tells me it's the OAT (Organic Acid Technology) type of standard ethylene glycol-based antifreeze.  I use Peak (brand) Extended Life coolant (100,000 mile life), which uses OAT and has Zero nitrites and phosphates.

So the answer to your question is "Yes," with the disclosure about M8 vs TC.  Whether it's a Harley Tax, a Surcharge, or a gold-plated container, it's just one more version of a "wallet vacuum."  LOL
