I was looking at new and used Harley Davidson clothing and I ran across this logo. I tried finding it someplace else on the internet using Google. No such luck. Does anyone know if this is a real HD logo?

It's one of many.
The longest lasting logo has been the Bar and Shield. Over the years Harley has manufactured many types of logos to get us to buy the same product we already own. It's not too different than sports teams owners having their players wear throwback and alternate jerseys. If someone buys a Redskins Jersey, why would they ever need to buy another one,....unless that opportunity is created.
One thing I have learned about Harley products, if you see something you like, BUY IT right then and there. Chances are they won't make it again for a long while if ever.
But I could be wrong.

It may be the angle of the photo or the bend of the leather, but the bar and shield seem a little off of perfect center at the bottom of the "V".
Could be a Chinese mishap...who knows.
The way to know better would be to look for the HD tags inside the clothing, or the buttons or zipper pulls. Anything else that collaborates the authenticity of the item.

Great. I just purchased it off eBay in very nice condition. Doesn't look like a touring jacket necessarily but a great casual wear item for any occasion.

Had one similar years ago but my logo was embossed and jacket was distressed brown leather. If I remember right was right at $500 with tax.
