AMEN!!!

How often does that really work? All you have to do is buy some votes.

Term limits - long time overdue.

One of the biggest anti gun pols is our very own New Jersey 88 year old senator "F" lautenberg. 28 years so far in the senate.

I still like my old wood and steel guns, they will be hard to beat in many areas.

You already have the steel - here is the wood!

here are my favorite open site 22's. no aluminum, polymer, or pot metal involved. :drink:

the black guns have open sites but require optics to really dial them in. i'm looking for some now. i knew this going in and looks like i'm committed to the task.

i noticed at the gun show everyone is buying the new type weapons, the classic gun prices are reasonable now. ;D

Ruger's 10-22 is the most popular .22 in it's many configurations.  Just a really fun rifle to shoot.  Of course, mine is Leupold scoped.  ;) har.  spyder

The Ruger 10-22 was one of my favorite plinking rifles until I picked up a Henery Survial Rim Rifle last summer. The Henery is ver light, fast and accurate,.  An all out fun rifle.   :2vrolijk_21:

I love mine, got it from Grandpa for Christmas just before I turned 10.  So this Christmas it will be 40 years old.  Still works as good as the day I got it.  Still loads of fun to shoot.  Cheep to shoot to compared to any of the other guns I own except my GSG -1911-22.

I went with the S&W M&P15OR and made a few changes to it.

Then I got the CMMG Stainless Steel .22lr conversion kit for it to save in ammo.  Fun conversion and a easy to switch between 5.56 and .22LR

I have been looking for one for my son, but the combination of a walnut stock and stainless steel barrel is hard to find... Going this weekend to Bass Pro Shop to see if they at least have one with walnut stock and black/blue barrel...

After reading some of the comments here I'm damn glad I live in a state where you can still own and shoot what you want. I have owned probably over a hundred AR variants over the years with many of those being ones that I built to sell. I've had everything from an original civilian model AR-15 with the triangle hand guard, to a varmint model with a 30" barrel to full auto M4's. I have Class 3 weapons and I'm a former law enforcement officer so full auto's are a luxury that I tap into occasionally. Currently I have 5 AR's but my favorite is my Bushmaster Delta Commando. It's a 10.5" barrel CAR and it's easy to maneuver around car doors and inside the house. Whatever your taste in AR's might be, buy 'em, stock up on ammo and keep your trigger finger in shape. You just don't know what the future is gonna bring.

Oh, I just picked the cheapest one that I found... really, I think it came as a prize in a cereal box.... :nixweiss:

Got it from these guys when I ordered the sights, and the handguard with the picatinny rails...
