Sidebar story that maybe explains a bit.
I only use 1,000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets on my bed. Fell in love with them a few years ago (another story) I buy them when they have clearance specials on Shop NBC etc. I usually pay around $200 a set for a Cal King Mattress with 18" deep fitted sheet. Was watching the show Nick LaShay and Jesssica Simpson had when they were married and she paid $1,200 for the same thing. She explained how she bought at such a such a store in Bev Hills blah blah blah. Any way, the point is she felt they were special because she paid what she did and bought them at the special store.
I suspect something of the same in FB's customer base. People with more dollars than sense that like to say they bought their "Special Edition" Harley at Destination Daytona. And face it, if your annual income was 7 or 8 figures would you really GAS about a few extra thousand for something you wanted NOW !
