No, the solo mount has no mount for a plate.

I mean the plate that comes with the tour pack. Is it the same plate for both the 1up and 2 up mount?

It was on my 2015, which was an Ultra.

The 09, and 12 used the plate that came with chopped tour pack.

I have the seat back rest from CVOBACKREST .com and I love it. I ordered it to match my seat.

Yes it is, bike is more stable and easier to handle with the pak in this position not to mention very comfortable!!!
