softail thunderstar whhels for touring bike

i have a set of thunderstars and would like to change them over to fit my new e-glide. i know the axle on a touring bike is 1" (softail 3/4"). will changing the bearings and the spacer be all that is needed????  also if someone could measure the o.d. of the wheel bearing and inside width of the dual front brake disc.
