Tornadoes in California??
« on: May 26, 2011, 01:46:11 PM »

We all know it's very weird weather......the tornadoes back east......rain in the Central Valley and snow in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada range all the way in to late May......and now several tornadoes in Nor Cal.

One was on the ground for a couple of hours.  Fortunately, it was to the north of Sacramento (all farm land) so didn't destroy much, just a garage and a couple out buildings.....   http://www.kcra.com/index.html

The 90 year old geezer channel 3 was interviewing as an eye witness to the tornados had me busting laughing.... he was convinced someone knocked him out and moved him back to his home town in Oklahoma.  I was near the
Butes on highway 20 during the storm and it looked pretty nasty to the north, and got into the tail end of the hail storm. Nothing even close to what people experienced in Joplan so it helps to put in perspective of the devastation the folks had there......
