Paid msrp for mine 13 Roman gold at City Limits HD in Palatine,IL... N/W Chicagoland.  I know they're hard to come by but on principle,  I'd have kept looking if it wasn't.

I purchased my 2012 Softail CVO in August from Great South in Newnan, GA at $500 under invoice with no dealer prep.  Was by there this week and the two CVO's they have were both at MSRP plus dealer prep.

Chattahoochee Harley in Columbus had one and three on the way all at MSRP.

Thunder Creek in Chattanooga has one and it sells for MSRP.
