increase rocker arm ratio????
« on: February 21, 2010, 08:57:04 AM »

im doing a 96  to a 106 build (s&s kit becsuse liner is thicker). i have a andrews 54h already in it,   question is  i thought of installing  s.e. incresased ratio rockers for just a little more lift, will the stock springs work?  the are good to .600 lift.  i think the final lift would be around 585???

I have run Woods 5s with stock springs @ .575 and those lobes are more agressive, but they were shimmed to 145# on the seat.

Probably fine, be sure to check piston to valve clearance.
