Here's a picture of the lock actuator installed.

Here's a picture of the lock actuator installed.

I have mine wired, but waiting for the lock. I was wondering if on the Limited if the Actuator was hidden behind the TP Liner.  I also have the liner in my TP, looks like you just cut your liner around the actuator?

Finally got my 14" KST Spearhead bars finished up. A little tweak here and there and I'm all set.

Second pix shows the adjustment clamp when you can change your wrist angle some.

No extensions on the wires or stretching them at all. Stock hydro cables also.

For anyone wondering, the bars measure 15" from the top of the cross bar to the top of the peak.

Yes, the liner needs to be cut. Make the cutout in the liner about  1/4” smaller than the actuator housing all around. There is a recess in the back of the actuator for the liner to nest into. This is the same setup as the CVO Limited.

Very interesting, so are the bars 3-piece, as in they come completely apart? if so, I would think that would make wiring them a little easier.

Correct. The wires exit from the bottom of the riser bars and just run along the bottom of the bars into the cluster on the Shark. Makes for pretty easy wiring although the extra wires from the heated grips can make things a little more interesting.

Here's a link to them.

Wow that really is a great video.   Makes it look pretty easy.    Would even be helpful for installing heated grips!

You Road Glide guys really have it made on bars. Having done it three times now on the bat wing I don't fret it but it is a lot more difficult!

Installed 12 inch Yaffe's on mine over the winter.

Those are great bars! Had them on my 11 SESG and they were the perfect height for me but a bitch to install and of coarse pre canbus so had to lengthen EVERYTHING. With the SERG much easier transformation but to keep the cold wind off my hands I needed to go with the 10" Monkey Bars unfortunately, but waaay better than stock!!
A little give, a little take.

Well I understand the give and take. I had 10 inch Yaffe's and they were very good, but wanted taller. I ride all year and the wind is not an issue as I have invested in excellent gear. What I have noticed with the 12 inch is all the bugs the controls catch! Wasn't expecting that and the extra cleaning.
