With mother Harley’s propriety electronics, is one able to replace OE “Boom” front & rear speakers & keep the bar & shield speaker grille’s on my 2014 TKSE ?

Sorry, no idea, other than I think the OE speakers are 2 ohm and need a 2 ohm replacement if still using the OE amp.  But what would prevent using B&S grills on same size/shape speakers?  Is there a tweeter incorporated in the grill?  Just solder tweeter wires to terminals on new speaker, ensuring negative-to-negative and pos-to-pos.

Thanks for the reply, I’m still using the OE amp... the B&S grills do not have a tweeter, but the speakers do

Then as long as you get new 2 ohm speakers (which isn't that easy, BTW; most are 4 or 8 ohm), and have enough space for the grills to fit over speakers, it should work.  Check the dimensions of the speakers, including depth from mounting ring to bottom of magnet, to ensure fit.
