What's rubbing?

Just me on the bike, everything is fine.  With my wife on the bike (she's small and 110 lb.) when I use the back break, it sounds like something is rubbing.  I remember reading something on here awhile back about something rubbing but can't find it now.

Anybody have any ideas?  I've checked the tires for indications and don't see anything obvious.  I'm not sure what it is.

did you add air to rear shock, 10lb should due 1/10 wife ,tour pack, stuff? etc.--ak  ps. see ya saturday 1st,may

Finally figured this one out.  It was the cable that goes to my rider's adjustable back rest, on my Comfort Stitch back rest.
