Title: 2006 CVO limited
Post by: d3v1ld0g on November 15, 2022, 11:18:45 PM
I was looking at a 2006 CVO limited with 60,000 miles. Of those who have had or still have, what’s your opinion? Still a good purchase? Anything in particular to look out for? Thanks

It's still a good purchase depending on the price and condition.

The important thing is to see ALL the service records so you know what work if any has been done.  Of the key points, I would run a compression leak down test.  This will help you gauge the health of the motor.  Check the spark plugs to see how they are burning.  Pull the cam chest cover off and check the tensioners.  If they are stock, consider going hydraulic.  While the cam chest if open, check the crank run out.

Having said all that, if both were equal in mileage and wear, I would pick a 103 over a 110.

Hope this helps.
