Does anybody know where I can get a curved license plate holder for my 2010 SESG?  Looks like everything I can find only goes up to 2009, and with the new rear fender design these won't work.

Splice, but it was only two wires.  You can drill the Fender or the bracket. 

If I did it over again, I would toss the bracket alltogether, drill the fender and bolt the frame directly to the fender.  Make sure you cover the back of the licence plate with something so as not to scratch the fender.  Looks like below.

Before you drill any holes in the fender or mounting bracket make sure your plate will fit without so much trimming that the frame covers parts of number.Don't ask me how I know this.

Just to confirm... this would replace the license plate lamp as well. It obviuosly covers the hole. can you supply the Kury part number?

Yes.  The Kuryakyn is Part #9182 and contains it's own LED's.  You cut off the HD plug attached to the stock plate bracket and splice / solder it to the Kurykyn part.  Once you get the stock pieces off, It's relatively simple.

No need to splice anything, go to HD dealer and buy the female section of the light connector and associated pins, Take the plug off the end of the Kurakyn connector and install the HD connector half you just bought and it is now "plug & play" and everything fits inside the original little plastic cover inside the fender. Complete operation takes about 10 minutes.

Forgive me for this, but my new SESG does not arrive untill the new year.

Maybe it's my eyes but it doesn't look as though this frame would sit high enough to cover all the horror that lies beneath the stock Licence plate light and reflector and frame... yet in your pics it seems to do just that. What am I missing or is the SERG set up different?

The reflector is just a piece of plastic that is held on by the light.  The only screws in the license mount are two screw that are at the very top of the plate mount.

The stock light isn't attached to the fender at that point.  It sits on a plastic seal that protects the fender.  So when you remove it all, that part of your fender is smooth and clean.....a little polish and you're ready to move forward.
