WOW only in Canada.....they are just going to squeeze him till he gives up a name...or himself.

Now don't get me wrong. I do not agree with what he did but at the same time how can they charge someone for something without positively catching the person at that time of the incident.

Yikes - think I'd refute being the operator and turn the bike over in forfeiture... Once he/she admits being the driver (if the vehicle owner actually was) things will get much worse.
