Hey gang, just wondering what you all are riding on other than the Dunlop tires? I'm thinking either the metzler me880 or the Michelin commander II. I don't like the way the Dunlop tired cup on the sides of the tire. does either one of these two do the same thing?? thanks for any and all help!! I ride a 15 cvo limited. need something good on dry and wet.

I tried the Metzler but mileage from the Dunlops was so much better, just over 6000 miles more, that I will always go with Dunlop in future. Cupping has not been a problem for me on any HD I ever owned.

X2 on the MCII’s

Michelin Commander II
Same on the Road Glide and have for a long time. Though not caring about longevity at all I did Avons on the Road King and the FXR.

Thanks for the replies guys! I was thinking about the commander II's and still leaning that way.

I'm new to running with Michelin Commander 2's on my Ultra Classic wish I'd not waited so long.
I'm now riding the bike instead of working to ride it like I was with the Dunlops.

I have had the Comander II and the Dunlop Elite.
I like the longevity of the II’s and performance of the Elite’s.
I also change every 4 years regaurdless of wear so performance for me is it.

the C2s are working better for me
