I want to ride to Moss Point Mississippi from San Diego leaving Dago somewhere around mid May. Since I have a number of health issues my wife and family are concerned about me riding 1900 miles solo. So, I am going to start this thread to see if there's some folks who live close to I-10 that might like to do 100 miles with me, stop for a break and bullchit and then head back where they came from while I hopefully pick up somebody else for a ways and so on and so on until I get to Moss Point. I've done more coast to coast rides than I can count but have not done this since 2005 as the aforementioned health issues made it seem a non-starter. For anyone wanting to do a whole day and turn around, I'm looking to keep it under 400 miles/day spread out over a 0700-1700 time frame. Anyone interested, make a post here or PM me

Sounds like a great ride. I may be riding from San Diego to Omaha late May, not sure yet. May take the I-40 to Ok and then head north, or the I-15 to I-70 to Denver and the I-76 to I-80 to Omaha, depends on the weather.

Nice to see folks step up and offer to ride with a stanger. I appreciate it. Unfortunately, I am heading across I-10 to Moss Point Mississippi to member Bubba_T's house. We will head north to Maine after a few days for me to enjoy cajun food and the good folks of the redneck riviera.

What are your plans for the return trip? I plan on riding back the first week of June and maybe take I-80 to the I-76 to Denver and then I-70 to I-15 to San Diego.

I go to Maine every year May-Oct. I will be flying home. LD is going to stay in Maine permanently and I am going to try to find a low mileage 03 SERK to recreate Elvis for the "winter" months here in Dago.

BB- The guy i bought my 09 ultra from in AZ had his neighbors road glide 2004 black looked clean wanted 11k Didn,t get into it cause i wasn,t interested. May be worth checking out hammer price and do an easy fly and ride . It,s in tucson,az i could make a call if you want -Andy

I'm in Mississippi but I wouldn't mind being the anchor leg. I'm up around Jackson but ride down around New Orleans to Mobile area alot. Keep me in mind and PM if I can be company.
